As a birth doula, I support you to access and trust the wisdom of your own body.

During pregnancy, birth and the early months of caring for a newborn, there are so many changes going on in your body! Navigating these changes is a whole new experience, challenging for even the best informed amongst us. 

The way we are cared for and supported to connect with our inner wisdom during this time can have a huge impact on how we feel about the experience overall. When you are well supported and guided to learn to listen to you OWN instincts,  you will be able to let your body do what it needs to.  Then this intense time becomes a coming-of-age ritual that gives you the inner strength and self-knowledge that will support you throughout your parenting, and life. 

Yoga, personalised to your body can help you to prepare for birth by exploring freedom of movement and understanding different positions that support each stage of the birth process. 

Zero Balancing sessions help to work through and let go of emotional, physical and sometimes ancestral tension that can be held in the bones prenatally. After giving birth, ZB helps the body to integrate the birth experience.
