Yoga & Sacred Space
Maui, Hawaii
Feb 21-26th 2025
You’re the kind of person who gives so much to others—through your work, your family, and your community. But when you’re not at your best, it’s hard to continue giving in the way you want. That’s why taking time to nourish yourself isn’t just an indulgence—it’s essential. When you prioritize your own well-being, you can show up for the people and work that matter to you with renewed energy, without the risk of burnout.

Now, imagine stepping into a sacred space that’s designed just for you—an exclusive women’s retreat, limited to only 8 participants, nestled in the jungle of Maui. This intimate experience is curated with care, offering you a deeply nurturing environment where you can truly unwind, heal, and reconnect. It’s more than just a break—it’s a reset. With everything taken care of, you’ll have the space to re-attune to your own needs, reignite your vitality, and leave feeling more vibrant and centered.
At this retreat, you don’t have to worry about a single detail. You don’t need to set an alarm, plan your day, or figure out how to eat a healthy meal. For once, everything is taken care of for you. You get to be carried carefully through yogic practices, nourishing meals, creative expression, immersive experiences, and the deep reset that your nervous system is craving.

Attuning our senses to our environment and feeling our connection to nature, we will develop skills for maintaining a sense of balance and calm during times of stress.

You will return home with a new sense of ease, as well as clear tools and exercises you can use in your daily life, so that the benefits of the retreat stay with you, long after you leave the jungle. You will grow to understand yourself better, learn to read the signs of your nervous system, and develop a whole new baseline for how relaxed and nourished you are capable of feeling.

Venue & Accommodations
The Retreat is held at the beautiful Kokosun Farm, an historic tropical flower farm in Haiku, Maui.
This a real Maui Nature experience, a two acre property overgrown with birds of paradise flowers, lychee and avocado trees, and a small stream that runs through. The jungle air is rich in oxygen, with a truly rustic feel.
Glamping or shared indoor accommodation options are designed to ensure your comfort with a nature fairy-boho aesthetic. Several short paths through the jungle and down the stream give you space to feel the intensity of tropical growth - with the safety of never being very far from home base.

The Jungle House
With a whole wall screened for bugs but open to the rich fresh air of the jungle, this house is where tea and coffee always available, where the classes are held, and hosts our indoor accommodations. Bathtub, indoor and an outdoor shower, bathroom and kitchenette are rustic and keep you close to nature.

The Orchid House
It used to be a large orchid house, growing flowers to supply the island. Now its a spacious open air (but protected if it rains!) dining hall. Breakfast lunch and dinner will be served here, with space to find a quiet corner to read a book in our un-scheduled times.

Glamping
A large canvas tent adorned with mattresses, quilts and modern nomadic elegance, this hint of the luxurious so close to the earth is a special combination. A short walk to the jungle house, overlooking a stream, you can feel the energy of The Aina (earth) beneath you.

Additional Information

-
You will fly into Kahului Airport, OGG. Some places have direct flights to Kahului, and many connect in Honolulu which is a 25 minute flight away.
-
We will send a comprehensive list of things to bring to ensure you are dressed for the environment, including layers for humid days and cool evenings, sunhat, mosquito repellent and light rain jackets!
-
All levels of yogic experience are welcome as the practice is centered on connecting with your own body and flow, not on performing any particular pose. However, their is a physical fitness requirement of feeling comfortable walking up and down the inclined paths on the property which can get muddy in the rainy season, and the ability to sit on the floor.
